YOUR IMPACT The Global HR Learning and Development (L&D) Leader is responsible for delivering learning content for the programs, initiatives and courses company wide. Focus will be assisting in creating and facilitating innovative and engaging learning solutions to our leaders and IC's in a hybrid (remote/virtual) environment. This position will split their time between working with the HRBP team to customize development programs and content and working directly with the business to provide company wide learning across Redwood, taking the lead to develop an outstanding employee learning experience.
- Own the forward-looking design, development, implementation and evaluation of learnings focusing on creating high-performing teams.
- Collaborate with the Chief People Officer to develop HR specific metrics for relevant benchmarks associated with a high-performing workplace.
- Constantly think of new ways to improve all things talent; including but not limited to the employee experience, key talent management practices, on-boarding, career development, leadership development, continuous learning, performance management, succession planning.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of relevant and engaging training content that encompass a range of learning modalities, including in-person, virtual, and e-learning experiences, aligned to organizational capabilities and business priorities.
- Create a best-in-class and compelling On-Boarding and NHO program.
- Design Redwood Boot Camps, to provide intensive technical, skills-based training to equip employees with the tools and knowledge they need to be successful in their role.
- Design and implement learning initiatives in support of Redwood's DEI efforts, while embedding diversity and inclusion into our learning practices.
- Manage all L&D vendor relationships.
- Stay current with L&D Industry trends and best practices to elevate learning offerings.
- Generate analytics, reports and dashboards to provide managers, stakeholders and other functional leaders that demonstrate the impact of Talent Development initiatives.
YOUR EXPERIENCE - 5 + years of learning and development experience with training design for leaders and individual contributors.
- Prior experience working in a tech company is highly preferred.
- Experience creating and designing learning opportunities across the entire employee lifecycle.
- Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple projects with a sense of urgency.
- Take initiative, be independent, be innovative in creation of course design and facilitation.
- Be teamwork and collaboration oriented.
- Strong presentation skills to engage participants.
- The drive to be results oriented to accomplish goals, meet deadlines, and find solutions.
- Proven ability to interact and communicate effectively at all levels within the organization, including senior management.
- Facilitation skills to drive conversations around data, infrastructure, project management, and simplification.
