YOUR IMPACT

The Global HR Learning and Development (L&D) Leader is responsible for delivering learning content for the programs, initiatives and courses company wide. Focus will be assisting in creating and facilitating innovative and engaging learning solutions to our leaders and IC's in a hybrid (remote/virtual) environment. This position will split their time between working with the HRBP team to customize development programs and content and working directly with the business to provide company wide learning across Redwood, taking the lead to develop an outstanding employee learning experience.
