Job Description:

-The Industrial Engineering team within the Client is seeking Methods Process Analysts to join our growing team located in Everett, Washington, USA.

Position Overview:
-Our Industrial Engineering organization is looking for Methods Process Analyst contractors to focus on documenting time standards and processes to focus on production stability. -This includes observing build processes and recommending process improvements through lean methodologies. -Candidates will be engaging with all manufacturing, engineering, and production-supporting organizations and should be a self-starter as well as a collaborative team player.

-The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a 'US Person' as defined by 22 C.F.R. � 120.15 is required. 'US Person' includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business-related curriculum such as Business Administration, Business Management, Data Analytics, Economics, Supply Chain Logistics, or Operations Management.
- Exposure and/or experience working in an engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and/or production environment
- Experience performing work observations and time studies.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Skilled in effective time management, communication, and organizational skills.
- 1 or more years of experience working with Lean Manufacturing with knowledge of lean principles
- Experience developing and deploying standard processes.

Typical Education/Experience: -Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 4 years' related work experience).
