Job description

This position is a Pass and ID person who will be responsible for taking fingerprints, collecting customer information, inputting data into a database, and issuing ID badges. Manages supplies to perform the required services and maintain accurate inventory and filing completed forms.

Reviewing official identification documents (i.e. passport, birth certificates, naturalization documentation, etc.) to verify proper identification and citizenship; 

Using photographic equipment, a computer, a scanner, a copier, an electronic fingerprint machine (USAccess enrollment station), and general office equipment with limited instruction; 

Following both simple and detailed instructions for issuing various categories of identification and access cards, and operating in accordance with both written and oral guidance; 

Preparing reports, providing clear, concise, and polite customer service, and deferring questions that cannot be answered to the contracting officer representative or a designated representative

Performing data entry and searching for data using a computer based created system. Training will be provided by the employer for all systems

Requirements

This position requiries knowledge of office routine and an understanding of the organization, programs, and procedures related to the work of the office. Computers may exist in the environment, requiring working knowledge of certain office software programs.

This position also requires the ability travel between two loctions:
