Job description

ADP is hiring a Principle Relationship Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing our data partnerships, negotiating contracts, solving clients’ challenges and nurturing new opportunities with Fortune 500 companies. With data on nearly 20% of the private U.S. workforce, ADP is uniquely positioned to be the authoritative source on the world of work. The Partner Success organization is vital piece of achieving this vision by ensuring our partners are successful at leveraging our data across a variety of use cases to drive end-customer value.

To thrive in this position, you must be comfortable managing and growing ADP’s relationships with organizations who are the vanguards of data consumption in the market. You will be responsible for driving your partner accounts’ success through innovation and analytics. As the primary point of contact, you will work with them on all stages of integrations, scaling, driving adoption, product expansion, and account management. You will be responsible for working directly with key stakeholders ranging from developers to executives to help them leverage ADP’s data offerings to drive value for their end customers. A college degree is great but not required. What’s more important is having the skills to do the job. If you don’t have a college degree, other acceptable experiences could include:

Military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. We offer the following benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Matched Retirement Savings, Wellness Program, Short-and Long-Term Disability, Charitable Contribution Match, Holidays, Personal Days & Vacation, Paid Volunteer Time Off, and more. The compensation for this role is $70,100.00 – $142,200.00 / Year
