OVERVIEW
The Foodservice Analytics team is seeking a Sales Analytics Lead to support our North America Foodservice (NAF) strategic priorities to leverage data, analytics and insights to drive growth for our business. This position is responsible for developing sales activation insights through data analysis and reporting with a specific focus on our Foodservice Sales & National Account Executives (NAEs). In this role, you will use data and insights to create compelling stories that will influence broader NAF strategies to deliver exceptional results.
You will partner with Sales, Sales Communications, Platform/ Channel Marketing, and the National Account Executives to identify targeted opportunities and provide solutions for our strategic customers. You have a seat at the table as an integral part of our Connected Commerce team partnering closely with Data, Digital Commerce, Brand Experience, Category Management and Performance Marketing teams.
We’re looking for someone who can manage the day-to-day tasks, take the necessary initiative to think differently, ideate on solutions that can positively impact the business, take ownership and propose strategic initiatives that will enhance the work of the team. You will leverage your analytical, sales, organizational, and communication skills to be the voice of Foodservice Analytics as you influence internally and partner with leadership to bring sales strategies to life.
This role will provide the opportunity to work closely with National Account Executives and performing insights for distributors like Performance Food Group, US Foods and various other distributors. This role will teach you how to take a large amount of data and understand the most important pieces of information to create a contextual and insightful story that will equip both Sales and Marketing with information to make the best decisions. Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $77900.00 - $117000.00 / Annually. At General Mills we strive for each employee's pay at any point in their career to reflect their experiences performance and skills for their current role. The salary range for this role represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, educations, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
