This position is eligible for our hybrid remote work and will work in the Silver Spring, MD office four days per week. Responsibilities: The Digital Banking Implementation Supervisor oversees all Digital Banking products from origination through implementation, testing and troubleshooting of issues escalated by other areas of digital banking, customer care, the branch system or commercial lending/sales as well as the implementation staff. The Implementations Supervisor is expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Digital Banking products, services and systems. Scope of responsibility includes products and services including supporting all related Corporate Cash Management customer digital banking needs. Qualifications: Requirements:

Preferences:
  • Associates degree.
  • Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) and/or Accredited Payments Risk Professional (APRP)
  • QuickBooks and/or Direct Connect knowledge.
  • Exposure to FIS business (D1) and consumer (D1 Flex) products.
  • Knowledge of data transmission connectivity.
