Infosys is seeking an IVR Architect This position will significantly contribute to identifying best-fit architectural solutions for one or more projects; develop design of application, provide regular support/guidance to project teams on complex coding, issue resolution and execution. You will collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create and implement innovative high quality solutions, participate in Sales and various pursuits focused on our clients' business needs. Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX. or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.
U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required; we are not able to sponsor at this time.

Preferred Qualifications:
At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology and Contact center.   
Extensive knowledge of Contact Center Technology and IVR architecture.
Should understand the business needs of the organization and work with customers to identify business and technical requirements and Architect solutions which meet business and technical requirements.
Must be able to explain technical details of IVR and provide guidance to internal stakeholders.
Proficient with Genesys Framework and Components.
Expert Knowledge on Genesys API integration with 3rd party applications.
Extensive knowledge and hands on experience in Java, J2EE technologies. Experience of Web Services, backend integrations etc.

The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face
