POSITION SUMMARY:

This role could be a great fit if you love interacting with people, are a go-getter with excellent communication skills, and can produce results without micromanagement.

If so, we are seeking someone to step in and take on the role of our Operations Manager . As the successful candidate, you will be entrusted with managing all incoming calls and emails from guests, owners, vendors, and staff. 

Your core duties will include handling reservations, attending to guest service requirements, responding to online reviews, acting on feedback, and addressing maintenance issues. 

This position requires exceptional customer service skills and the ability to remain calm and composed when handling multiple competing priorities. You will also address all operational concerns that may arise during the day, such as creating and reviewing schedules across our various departments, organizing maintenance tasks and conducting property walkthroughs. 

You will also help maintain and foster fantastic relationships with guests, staff, property owners, and vendors, which will help sustain our positive work environment and reputation for excellence.

Annual Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 based on achievement and experience
