Our client is seeking an Office Manager that will own their position and contribution to an amazing company.

To start…
Will work directly with the GM of Operations daily.
Handling day-to-day mail operations.
Overseeing asset management, ensuring all building compliance and coderequirements are met.
Maintaining tenant relations: dispatching engineering for all repairs and requests promptly.
Scheduling and coordinating upper management requests, including meetings, travel arrangements, and special requests.
Overseeing the work of all office employees to ensure they work productively and meet deadlines and company standards.
Answering emails from clients and directing them to relevant staff where applicable.
Monitoring and ordering office supplies and all other request from staff.
Creating an office budget and ensuring all employees follow it.
Working in tandem with human resources and responsible for employment data and files.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to produce reports, assign tasks, accept instructions and handle vendor contracts, among other tasks.
Organization and the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks.
Flexibility to help them adjust to new tasks should company or Studio needs change.
Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees.
Leadership ability to manage challenges and oversee employees.
Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly.
Vendor contracts, AR/AP, and overseeing bills to report to controller.

Reporting
Corporate company credit statements
Providing monthly progress reports on studio and assets.
