Social Media Manager

As we continue our remarkable journey of growth, with a staggering 130+% year-over-year expansion for the past 5 years, we are on the lookout for an exceptional Social Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing team.The Social Media Manager will play a pivotal role in our expansion by generating incremental impressions, clicks, and phone calls that ultimately turn into new patients. This position will have two direct reports (video editor & graphic designer) along with access to all relevant technologies, resources, and budget to achieve their assigned goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Serenity Healthcare's brand and business objectives.
Plan and execute engaging content calendars across various social media platforms including Tiktok, Instagram, FB, Youtube, and Linkedin.
Manage a dedicated video editor and graphic designer to produce compelling social media content at scale.
Foster engagement with our audience through active participation in conversations, responding to comments, and addressing inquiries.
Identify, pitch, and collaborate with relevant influencers to promote the brand.
Serve as an on-camera spokesperson for certain branded content.
Coordinate social media campaigns in collaboration with other marketing teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
Generate reports on social media performance and provide insights for optimization.
Stay informed about social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices while implementing innovative approaches to maintain a competitive advantage.
Key Qualifications
A minimum 4 years of demonstrable experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful social media strategy development and execution.
Track record of driving significant organic visibility across key social channels.
Experience in managing and/or collaborating with graphic designers and video editors to produce content is preferred.
Strong creative skills with a proven ability to conceptualize and oversee the creation of visually appealing and engaging content.
Proficiency in handling various types of media, including graphics, videos, and other multimedia elements for social media campaigns.
Strategic mindset with the ability to align social media efforts with broader business goals and marketing strategies.
Proficient in using social media analytics tools to monitor performance, analyze data, and derive actionable insights for optimization.
Demonstrated ability to build and nurture a social media community, fostering engagement and brand advocacy.
