Job description
PARAMUS, NJ (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY) - First-time parents are seeking a FULL-TIME LIVE-OUT NANNY/HOUSEHOLD MANAGER for their newborn. The family is seeking a kind, experienced nanny who can gently guide them in this new chapter of their life. The perfect candidate is a college-educated (B.S., or A.A. in a related field) dog lover who has experience working within Asian households and is a non-smoker. Hours may be somewhat fluid so the nanny must be willing to work occasional Saturdays. Typically the hours required are: Mondays 10 AM - 7 PM; Tuesdays - Fridays 10 AM - 5 PM.
Duties include caring for all things baby, feeding the baby, cleaning the bottles, baby's laundry, and tidying the baby's room. Household management duties include helping with the household laundry, helping with dishes, cooking for the baby/family (not a requirement, but a bonus), light cleaning, and caring for the small dogs in the home, a Havapoo and a Maltipoo. Pet-related duties include helping feed the dogs, letting the dogs out, and maintaining cleanliness in the outdoor areas.
The family requires the candidate to sign an NDA upon hire. Flexibility for travel is a bonus, but not required. Candidates should be up to date on all vaccinations; Tdpa, MMR, Flu, and Covid. A COVID booster is not required. Pay is $28-34/hr gross based on experience + 10 days PTO + 5 sick days. The start date is ASAP as they would like to have the nanny acclimate to their home.BA/BS college degree | AA in related field of study
