What we are looking for:
We are looking to hire a skilled, hungry, and good-natured help desk technician to support our growing Colorado team.
What you'll be doing daily:
- Primary role will be providing onsite dedicated support for a local school
- Troubleshoot Audio/video equipment in classrooms
- Train staff and teachers on day-to-day usage of specialized equipment
- Troubleshooting PC/Mac issues
- Troubleshooting general network infrastructure problems including networking equipment, printers, PC/Server hardware, etc.
- Working with 2nd and 3rd-level support on server-related problems
- Visiting customer sites to troubleshoot what cannot be handled remotely
- Learning about and applying proven technologies (Windows Server, Exchange, Hyper-V, SonicWALL, Meraki, Ubiquiti, Office 365, G Suite, etc.)
Who you are:
- Skilled at troubleshooting and fixing computer problems
- Extremely passionate about technology. If your idea of a good time is installing a new
- PC/Server hardware on a Friday night, then you're a perfect fit for us
- Great communicator, good customer service skills
- Fast learner, advanced ability to absorb and retain knowledge of new technologies
- Take responsibility for your work and your mistakes
- Always on time, and sometimes early because you're just cool like that
Other Details:
- Location: Greeley, CO or surrounding areas
- This position requires onsite time at a customer location and occasional office time in Fort Collins
- This position is full-time (Monday through Friday, 7:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.)
- Experience: Entry Level
- Compensation: Based on the level of experience and skill
