Job description
Job Summary
Respiratory Therapist, responds to outpatient areas as needed, otherwise work in the ED to provide responsive state-of-the-art respiratory care. To work with the same personnel in the development and implementation of patient-centered care. To work in a cooperative and supportive manner with Physicians, Staff, and Directors.
Shift: Monday-Friday, Shift 3, 36, 7:00 pm to 7:30 am with rotating holidays & rotating weekends

o Six months Staff Therapist experience preferred but not required.
Education and Training:
o Graduate of AMA approved program of Respiratory Therapy at the Registry level. On a yearly basis meet all hospital mandatory education requirements.
License, Certification & Registration:
o MARTL - MA Respiratory Therapist license
o NBRC-RRT- National Board Respiratory Care RRT
o CPR
Other Requirements:
o Highly effective and positive interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal. Effective problem solving, team building skills, willingness to participate in the education process both as a student and provider of education. Ability to vary shift hours and days to meet schedule needs.
