We are seeking a M/S/TELE FLOAT RN to work for one of our contracted facilities in Woonsocket, RI. Night shift, 6:45pm-7:15am available.

Compensation

• Gross Weekly - $2592.00
• Blended- $72.00
• Taxed - $1059.00
• Untaxed - $1533.00

Job Description

The Registered Nurse Provides quality patient-centered care considering age-specific, developmental, cultural and spiritual needs through competent clinical practice and application of the nursing process. They consistently integrate concepts of relationship-based care into practice and serve as a clinical and educational resource to others on the unit.

Responsibilities

• Receiving admissions and/or transfers to the unit.
• Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment.
• Timely and accurate documentation using appropriate systems. Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
• Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
• Competence in Rapid Response and code events.
• Promoting continuous quality improvement. Instructing and counseling patients/families.

Qualifications

• BLS
• ACLS
• Active State License
• Minimum 2 years experience
