Job description
Extrusion Press Operator
Pay: 16/hr.
Location: Garden City, MI
Job Description:
· Revie schedule and print work orders.
· Verify that dies and temperature(s) used in the die oven are correct.
· Operates press and log furnace.
· Check the dimensions of extrusions with measuring tools and document findings.
· Stretches extrusions, as needed.
· Enters production data in Epics.
Requirements:
Punctuality and excellent attendance, with physical ability to perform duties assigned including but not limited to extensive standing/walking, extensive bending/kneeling/squatting, continuous lifting up to 75 pounds from floor to average waist-high platform, use of various hand tools and instruments, and extreme temperatures.
