Summary Flow Control Group (FCG) is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you'll be entrusted with a number of requisitions, focusing on sourcing and interviewing candidates for our 85+ brand companies across the U.S. Teamwork and collaboration are essential, but it's equally important for you to take ownership of your designated requisitions. If you have a keen eye for talent, a positive attitude, and are results-driven, this might be the perfect fit for you.
Essential Functions - Responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for assigned requisitions, ensuring they align with the needs of the role and the company.
- Ensure a positive and smooth experience for candidates from initial contact through to interview stages.
- Use various avenues, including social media, to identify potential candidates.
- Collaborate with team members and hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of the specifics of the roles you're recruiting for.
- Work closely with other Recruiting Team members, sharing and identifying talent where needed.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of candidates in the Ceridian Dayforce system.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates, fostering a positive impression of FCG.
- Stay updated on changes in compensation, benefits, and the unique requirements of each requisition you recruit for.
- Effectively present the advantages of joining Flow Control Group to prospective hires.
- Stay connected with talent pools and communities for ongoing and upcoming recruitment needs.
Experience Required • 3-5 years of recruiting experience within an industrial/distribution setting.
• Demonstrated experience with full-cycle recruiting, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
Travel Expect occasional travel for job fairs, visiting company locations, and other relevant events
