Leading SaaS company with offices in CA, Nevada and Arizona is seeking a Service Dispatcher for immediate hire. The company has been in business for nearly 20 years.

Requirements:

• Experience with CRM tools
• Degree is preferred in Industrial or Systems Engineering
• Experience with problem solving, deescalating situations and customer service oriented

Pluses:

• Experience or interest using Connectwise, ZenDesk, or Autotask
