Job description
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our construction team. The successful candidate will have a solid background in the construction industry, with a proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational and communication skills, and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

As our Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and construction of our projects. You will coordinate with various teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure that all aspects of the project are completed on-time and up to our standards. Additionally, you will monitor the progress of the project, and provide reports to the senior management team.
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry. You should possess strong managerial and leadership skills, and be able to manage multiple projects at once. Additionally, you should be familiar with the construction processes, and have strong communication and organisational skills. Skills needed for this role include: Commercial, Construction, Multi-Family, Custom Homes, Wineries, and Luxury Hotels.
This role offers an attractive salary of $140,000 to $170,000 annually. Additionally, you will receive a generous benefits package including vacation, PTO, medical, dental, vision, relocation, bonus, and 401k. There are also various commission and bonus opportunities available.
