Job Summary:

About the Role & Team

We are Disney's Yellow Shoes, the in-house creative agency for Disney Parks and Resorts Worldwide. Every day, we create compelling, impactful creative content for one of the most beloved brands on the planet. Help inspire that magic by being part of a team that exists to push the limits of entertainment marketing and create the never-before-seen!

We are looking for a Sr. Videographer / Photographer to capture authentic, evocative social and digital content that illustrates the magic of our parks and experiences. The Sr. Videographer / Photographer will work with internal creatives on various assignments and will be knowledgeable in all current photographic and video social media trends, techniques, hardware, and software applications. You will be an encouraging leader on set and a positive role model to all members of the production.

You will report to the Production Director.

This is a Full-Time role.

What You Will Do

• Create outstanding photo and video content for social media and digital platforms.
• Use various techniques and lighting to capture quality content.
• Capture branding-style photography and video to communicate emotion and storytelling.
• Plan and execute images and videos.
• Collaborate with Yellow Shoes creatives to find creative solutions.
• Lead multi-discipline crews.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• At least 8 years of experience crafting consumer-focused photographic content with an emphasis on authentic, evocative lifestyle photography.
• A passion for the global Disney brand.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
• Experience with multiple image management hardware and software solutions.
• Have a working knowledge of Business Affairs and Legal.
• Experience working with Advertising/Marketing agency teams.
• Flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to travel globally.

Education

• High school degree or equivalent.

This position is located in Glendale, CA.

The base salary for this position in Glendale, CA is $102,000.00 to $136,700.00. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.

The hiring range for this position in [location] is $102,000.00 to $136,700.00 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
