Qualifications:

• Over a decade of experience in advising on sell side mergers and acquisitions
• At least five years of specialized expertise in M&A within Aerospace, Defence and Government Services with a depp comprehension of the space
• Collaborative mindset ready to play a pivotal role in the expansion of the firm
• Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities
• Self-motivated individual accustomed to thriving in a dynamic and challenging setting
• Capacity to interact effectively with potential clients and intermediaries, fostering relationships and facilitating introductions to senior banking personnel
• Possession of FINRA Series 7, 63, or 79 licensure

This role would ideally be in Los Angeles, Chicago, New York or Charlotte but can work hybrid/remote from elsewhere.
