We are a printing manufacturer located in the Oak Ridge /Knoxville, TN area. We are looking for an experienced Cost Accountant to join the team. Must be ok working in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment!$75-95k- Great Comp/Benefits
- $75-95k DOE
- 2 weeks of PTO + paid holidays

The main goal of the Cost Accountant is to review and update the Company's standard costs.
- Develop a review plan for updating cost standards on a routine basis
- Participate in the development of job estimating standards and procedures
- Review all jobs produced comparing actual costs to estimated costs for continual improvement and accuracy making recommendations for operating improvements
- Continually monitor cost increases and recommend areas for cost reductions. Perform or assist with special projects as they arise
Working knowledge of GAAP and strong financial analysis skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Industrial engineering
Experience in a manufacturing cost accounting role is a must-have
Advanced Excel skills, detail-oriented, highly organized, and work with minimal supervision and perform well under pressure
Work collaboratively with the company operations teams at all plants
Prior manufacturing industry experience, familiarity with ERP systems
