Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative provides service excellence to our cement customers through the entire order process. This position will receive orders, schedule deliveries, and ensure billing accuracy.

Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming cement orders for new and existing customer projects
- Dispatch cement deliveries
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns or complaints
- Conduct billing preparations for cement plants and terminals in ClearView
- Generate reports to identify and resolve billing expectations, as well as reports on shipping and sales for the sales team
- Provide ticketing system support to cement plant and terminals
- Process ticket diversions and billing adjustments (credit/debit memos)
- Generate, maintain and review purchase orders and requisitions in SAP
- Ensure accurate project freight charges for multiple carriers
- Confirm, process and research freight invoices
- Perform general administrative and clerical tasks
- Examine processes within the department and determine ways for the department to become more efficient
Education
High school diploma/GED
Requirements/Qualifications
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication, multi-tasking, organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable handling multiple inbound calls and emails
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Experience with ClearView, JWS or other ticketing/dispatch systems is a plus
- Previous experience with SAP a plus
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated on-going drug and alcohol testing.
