Job description
We are looking for an experienced Accounting & Payroll Assistant to join our construction team. You must possess strong accounting & payroll skills, along with familiarity with Microsoft Office and Sage 300 or Timberline.

You will be responsible for accounts payable, payroll processing, and other general accounting duties. You will also be responsible for reconciling accounts and preparing financial reports.
1+ years experience with:
- Accounting/ Payroll/ Bookkeeping
- Microsoft Office
- Sage 300 or Timberline
- Payments/ post invoice or checks
