Job description

Zeppoli's in Blacksburg, VA is looking for back of house (boh) person to join our 29 person strong team. We are looking for line cooks and dishwashers We are located on 810 University City Boulevard, Suite 22. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and engaged.

Responsibilities

• Prepping and cooking food
• working a kitchen line
• Making food from scratch and following recipes
• Cleaning and clearing the kitchen area
• Assisting with washing dishes when needed
• Communicating with kitchen and FOH team members

Qualifications

• Motivated to do what is necessary to keep the restaurant clean
• Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal
• Great organizational skills
• Proven work experience in a back of house role
