- Generate accurate demand plans and forecasts by analysing SKU demand patterns, sales data, market conditions, and promotions.
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, overseeing planning, procurement, importation, and delivery.
- Implement a Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) strategy across the business, driving process and system improvements.
- Supervise 3PLs to enhance service quality, ensure SLA adherence, and validate cost accuracy.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with global brand owners, key retailers, and logistics partners.
- Lead a team of two, ensuring accurate execution of every order flow and maintaining the "Product Masterfile."
- Take ownership of stock management strategy, addressing "goods in" issues and conducting ongoing inventory analysis.
- Lead infrastructure projects, including EDI implementation and a new B2B online ordering platform.
- Analyse costs and operational practices, presenting insights and proposing improvements.
- Possess experience in logistics within the beauty industry or a related field.
- Demonstrates advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Sage 50 is considered a valuable asset.
- Exhibits the ability to lead, manage, and inspire a team of two direct reports.
- Approaches work with a "can-do" attitude and enthusiasm for contributing to a smaller team.
