RESPONSIBILITIES OF AUTOMOTIVE SALES GUIDES:
- Demonstrate integrity, humility and drive
- Devote yourself to ensuring customer satisfaction
- Help all customers "experience better" as they enter the dealership
- Establish personal performance goals and strategize to meet them
- Explain product performance, application and benefits to consumers
- Learn to overcome objections and perform all steps of the sales process
- Reports to managers regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews and analysis
REQUIREMENTS:
- Enthusiasm, demonstrate high energy throughout the workday
- Outgoing, friendly personality, growth mindset
- Proficient in computer skills
