Clinical Supervisor, Logistics Center

University of Missouri Health Care (MU Health Care) located in Columbia, Missouri, is seeking an experienced, energetic, innovative, and creative Clinical Supervisor to lead the Logistics Center for mid-Missouri’s only academic health system and supervise operational, fiscal, and personnel activities of the Logistics Center.

Schedule: Weekend Shift: Friday - Sunday, 7:00AM - 7:00PM with rotating holidays, the potential for rotating shifts, the potential for the call.

Work location: Patient Logistics Center

Salary Range: $34.85 - $55.53 (pay is based on experience) additional shift differentials would apply.

The successful candidate will serve as a content expert, liaison, and collaborator with departmental staff, clinical departments, clinical units, medical staff, and professional and non-professional staff related to patient admissions, transfers, and bed assignments. The successful candidate will also manage, participate, and perform a variety of tasks throughout the MUHC system ensuring departmental and institutional objectives are being met and the quality of services meets the standards of MUHC Mission and Goals. This role has oversight of all external and internal patient admissions, transfers, and bed assignments.

Qualifications:

Missouri Board of Nursing RN or Nurse Licensure Compact multi-state RN. When the primary state of residency changes, compact state RNs must apply under the new state of residency within thirty (30) days.

Five (5) years of RN experience.
