Are you ready to join our management team? Avenida Restaurant in San Mateo, CA is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated full-time Restaurant Assistant Manager to be a part of our exciting journey! The typical schedule is 50+ hours/week within our operating hours: Monday to Thursday - 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Friday to Saturday - 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and Sunday - 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM.

As a Restaurant Assistant Manager, your role is pivotal in driving our success. You support the manager in achieving profit, performance, and customer service goals. You oversee restaurant services, ensuring customer service excellence through personal engagement. By managing staffing procedures, you maintain fair assignments and an equitable salary structure.
Actively contributing to meeting performance standards, you control operating losses, uphold bank secrecy, and ensure policy compliance. Your involvement in preparing and approving branch reports reflects a commitment to transparency.
