ServiceNow Developer (Remote - Harrisburg, PA)
We are currently looking for a ServiceNow Developer for our client, a Commonwealth of PA entity. This resource must be able to take an assigned request or project and take charge of that request or project, performing all duties and responsibilities to fully implement the changes needed. This individual is to be well-rounded and knowledgeable in all aspects of delivering a service within ServiceNow.
This is a 40-hour/week, 12-month project, remote in Harrisburg, PA. Although remote work, selected resources will also be required to come to the office occasionally for team building and/or in-person meeting
opportunities. Local candidates in the Harrisburg area would be preferred.
This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.
Responsibilities:
Be assigned Request Items, Tasks, and/or Projects to complete in a self-directed and semi-independent manner. All work must be completed with quality and on time.
Coordinate and take the lead role for the technical/functional development and support of the assigned ServiceNow requests, projects, and tasks.

Document requirements, or user stories in detail, as determined by the client (within Azure Dev Ops (ADO)).
Perform technical functions that are within the scope of this position. These include, but are not limited to configuring, coding, testing, writing automated test scripts using ATF, data loads, and scripting.
Document the progress and other details relating to the work being performed within the appropriate client's Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) record.
Create testing plans and test scripts as needed to ensure proper operation of the requested change, enhancement, or program.
Work with the system administration team to have the changes coded and peer-reviewed and then implemented into PROD.
Requirements:
8+ years of expertise in delivering services via ServiceNow for projects of various sizes and subject matters.
5+ years of experience in delivering ServiceNow services as described within the request, and designing business processes for ServiceNow implementation.
At least one hands-on ServiceNow implementation project as a functional or technical lead.
At least two prior support and enhancements projects as a functional or technical lead.
2 years of experience with coding and configuring ServiceNow.
Proficient in the Microsoft Office 365 suite of business software including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus proficient in Microsoft ADO Testing Module.
Experience with Enterprise Business Solutions, specifically SAP projects.
Proficient in ITIL practices and methodologies.
CIS-ITSM (Certified Implementation Specialist) OR CSA (Certified System Administrator) OR ServiceNow Certified Developer.

Compensation: $84/hr.-$88/hr.
