We are looking to add a talented Project Manager to our growing team in the Boston market. This is a fully remote position but the PM must live in the Greater Boston area and be able to visit job sites as needed. What you need for this position:
- Bachelor's Degree in real estate, construction management, business, architecture or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of related experience in real estate development or construction management
- Familiarity with design build, pre-construction, and project scheduling processes
- Ability to work remotely and collaborate in virtual settings with a team
- Experience managing residential, multifamily and/or assisted living project a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and analyze acquisition opportunities including feasibility and financial modeling
- Oversee design, preconstruction and construction as the Owner's Representative
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate brokers, architects and contractors
