Bookkeeper for Miami Beach

Schedule: In office; M-F; select from 8:00-4:30, 8:30-5:00 or 9-5:30

Location: Miami Beach/33140 (free parking)

Salary: up to $55,000

Keys to this role:

• Bookkeeper with at least 3 years of experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish Highly Needed

Job Overview: Bookkeeper or Accounting Assistant duties:

• A/P transactions; cut checks for invoices and pays on-line bill payments for office and misc.
• Entries, reconciling and of multiple Credit cards and for executives, financial statements review
• Expense reports and itemized
• Payroll entries (QuickBooks or payroll software helpful)
• Filing, emails, ordering supplies, couriers, maintain vendor accounts (Amazon, FedEx etc.)
