TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR
Naperville, IL (Hybrid)
Marquette Management is seeking a dedicated Training and Development Coordinator to join our Property Management team. The Training and Development Coordinator, is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the training and development programs, identify training needs, creating curriculum, coordinating training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. The Training and Development Coordinator identifies key positions, assess talent needs, and create strategies to ensure a strong talent pipeline for future leadership roles.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in training program development and delivery, preferably in the property management industry.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong Leadership skills
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs and initiatives to enhance the skills and knowledge of our property management professionals.
- Assess the training needs of employees at all levels and design customized training solutions based on those needs.
- Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify specific training requirements and develop appropriate training materials.
- Oversee the delivery of training programs, which may include both in-person and virtual training sessions.
- Continuously update and improve the training materials and methods to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Provide guidance and support to trainers and facilitators to ensure the successful delivery of training programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, participant feedback, and training materials, and provide reports to management as needed.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and deliver specialized training programs for specific job functions or departments.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to employees to reinforce the application of newly acquired skills and encourage continuous learning and development.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they receive the necessary training and support to succeed in their roles.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in property management and incorporate them into training programs.
- Manage required Licensing, to ensure that all employees have active licenses (Pool, Leasing, HVAC, EPA)
