Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Workday Developer to join our team to assist in a very large workday implementation. Candidates need at minimum 5 years of experience in the Healthcare industry and 5 years of experience in Workday with a strong background in either HR or Finance Workday modules.

This role is 100% remote and is a long term, rolling contract. No C2C work. Candidates must be able to work directly on our W2 with no current or future sponsorship.

As a Lead Workday Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions within the Workday platform. You will assist in mentoring and guiding less tenured developers.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within the Workday platform
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements
Provide technical leadership and guidance to other team members
Ensure that all solutions are developed in accordance with best practices and meet the highest standards of quality
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in the Healthcare industry
At least 5 yeras of experinece in Workday development
Strong background in either HR or Finance Workday modules
Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions within the Workday platform
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong leadership skills and the ability to provide technical guidance to other team members
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
