Job Status: Full-Time Exempt

Reports to: General Manager

Location: Remote – Anywhere in the contiguous United States

Job Summary

The primary role of the Client Partner is to effectively prospect their targeted list of accounts, skillfully diagnose client needs, and lead to solutions provided by Franklin Covey’s executive coaching division. The Client Partner will acquire expertise in Franklin Covey’s executive coaching and consulting offerings, build mutually beneficial business relationships, present compelling presentations, close business, and grow recurring revenue. This is a largely independent field sales role for a sales executive with a high degree of business maturity.

California - Anticipated compensation for this position is $90-110k plus commissions. Actual offer may be outside of this range and will be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
