Job description

BLUE Landscape Contracting Group is growing, and we are seeking a full time experienced Office Administrator. If you have experience with QuickBooks and MS Office and are bilingual in the English and Spanish language then this job is for you!! Office Administrator will coordinate office activities and operation while providing clerical and administrative support to management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Create work orders

· Manage office including organizing, ordering office supplies, etc.

· Clerical duties (phone calls, making copies, filing doc., checking and sending mail and email, etc.)

· Maintain/update client lists

· Distribute payroll checks to employees

· Greet visitors and announce to the appropriate parties

· Oversee all mail pickup/distribution

· All other duties as assigned

Sills and Requirements:

· High School Diploma 

· A minimum of Two years of Administrative experience

· Great written and verbal communication skills

· Strong organizational, time management and detail-oriented skills

· Must be Bilingual (Fluent in English and Spanish)

· Proficient with all MS Office programs

· Knowledge of QuickBooks Online

· Lift and carry up to 50lbs

· Dependable

· People oriented, enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects.

· Ability to function well in a high-paced and at time stressful environment.
