Housekeeping Supervisor

Principle Responsibilities

● Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and/or vacuuming.

● Clean common area bathrooms.

● Clean, organize, and replenish restrooms, storage areas, and maintenance supplies.

● Remove waste and empty trash.

● Participate in "flipping" of rooms in the hotel and bunk houses.

● Maintain cleaning chart indicating areas that were cleaned and inspected.

● Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions or needed repairs.

● Other duties or projects as assigned by SBR leadership

● Abide by policies and procedure outlined in the SBR staff handbook

Qualifications & Training

● 18 years of age or older

● Strong time management skills.

● A STRONG attention to detail is a MUST.

● Ability to follow safety procedures and comply with policies.

● Ability to use Microsoft Teams daily for work related communication and coordination

● Be or become a registered member of the Boy Scouts of America

Performance Results

● Shows appreciation to coworkers in written and verbal form

● Actively engages with team

● Suggests 1 improvement for the department

Physical Requirements

● Up to 8 hours a day of either standing, walking, hiking, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
