Job description

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the  Part Time Production Associate is responsible for the set up and sorting of various customer parts for preparation for treatment and shipment; blasting of parts, repacking, and painting parts. Some heavy lifting may be required, up to 30 lbs. and motion is repetitive. Paperwork indicating work completed is necessary and mandates basic math skills. This position may include part setting, sorting, and paintroom.

Available hours are anytime from Friday through Monday; however, must include a minimum of 8 hours on a Saturday and/or Sunday.

The successful candidate will have:

• A high school education or equivalent.
• Basic math comprehension skills.
• Excellent attendance history.
• A solid work history.
• Ability to perform occassional heavy lifting, repetitive motion bending and stretching, and standing for the duration of the shift.

Dowa offers a competitve starting rate from $18/hr and up (depending upon experience), with a $1.25 pay differential for all hours between 5 pm and 5 am. A benefits package with a zero deductible health care plan, dental, vision, short and long term disability, 401(k), is available at 25 hours per week. All hires must successfully complete a comprehensive background check, including criminal and a 9 panel drug screen.
