The Accounting Clerk handles various automotive accounting functions and transactions, attention to detail and compliance, recording entries to the General Ledger and other processes needed in the business office.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Post transactions through accounting to the general ledger.
- Ensure all transactions follow all compliance requirements.
- Research and resolve any discrepancies or problems with the accounting process
- Ensure all documents produced are scanned into the DSDA.
- Maintain assigned schedules.
- Perform basic and routine accounting functions.
- Other duties assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 2 years Automotive Accounting.
- CDK experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to communicate professionally.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- High school diploma
