This practice is located in Central/Eastern Illinois – approximately 20 minutes from Terre Haute, IN and 1 hour from Champaign, IL or Effingham, IL

• Adult and Pediatric care, root canal therapy, surgical extractions, and prosthetic services including crown and bridge

• Modern clinic includes digital radiography; intraoral cameras; Dentrix Ascend
• 4 day work week – 3 day weekends
