Welcome to Aqua-Tots! We are saving lives by teaching children all over the world how to become safe and confident swimmers for life. We are year-round and use Indoor heated 90-degree pools!
If you're a motivated and passionate individual that truly wants to make a difference in children's lives every day- we would be honored to have you join us on this journey!
We have part-time and full-time positions available!
Water Safety Instructor Job Description:
Teach Aqua-Tots Curriculum to kids age 4 months – 12 years old
We are willing to train ANYONE! The only thing required is an eagerness to learn, a friendly demeanor and an enjoyment/love for children
Provide instructive feedback to parents and children
Recognize and understand progression and level of swimming ability
On-going training and growth through teaching assessments
Fill out and file Aqua-Cards
Clean and maintain pool areas before and after each shift
Attend staff meetings and regular in-service training
