Do you have experience with...
Hospice / end of life, home health, cancer, dementia, rehab, Alzheimer's, COPD, functional disabilities, stroke, ALS, Parkinson's, CHF, hearing problems, etc.
You will need....
At least 1 year professional or private experience working with elderly or adults with disabilities
Reliable Transportation
Able to work in the US
You must pass a background check
