The Computer Operator I will serve as a primary representative of IGT's MegaJackpot's Wide Area Progressive to internal and external customers through our Tier One Contact Center. This team provides a 24x7x365 support within our Network Operations Center responsible for all system activity on a high volume of games, systems, and enterprise infrastructures across North America and the world. The Computer Operator will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on Wide Area Progressive system and game level issues. They must follow jurisdictionally and internally established controls, processes, and triage steps to remediate any issue that may occur on the system.
- Implement front-end primary jackpot duties.
- Address, triage, and escalate casino systems issues.
- Provide technical support and follow up with IGT Field Services.
- Aid team members with other duties as needed.
- Generate reports as required.
- Assist in recovery activities necessary in restoring normal operations.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be 21 years of age
- Able to obtain a NV Gaming Card
- Experience with Service Desk, Help Desk, Call Center, or Customer Service positions
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to type 35 WPM
- Ability to work both on-site and remotely
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Adobe, DocuSign and/or ACD systems
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
