Head of Sales

Leading company in the wire industry located in Texas is looking for a highly experienced and qualified Head of Sales . The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience, proven leadership skills, exceptional negotiation abilities, and in-depth knowledge of the structural steel and construction niche. This individual must be capable of effectively managing a sales team in a fast-paced environment and be willing to travel as required. If you have a strong background in sales, a passion for the steel and wire industry, and the ability to lead and inspire a team, we want to hear from you.

Job Summary

As the Head of Sales , you will be responsible for leading and growing the sales team, driving revenue, and developing and implementing strategic sales plans. You will work closely with upper management to set and achieve sales targets, identify new opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction.
