ABOUT SIRENS BAR & GRILL
Our dockside restaurant and private club offer innovative meals and cocktails, all cooked fresh in an outdoor open-air kitchen, where the kitchen staff work while enjoying views of the waterfront. While most of the restaurant is outdoors, part of the restaurant is indoors, creating an amazing fine dining experience. In addition to great food, we have giant outdoor games and live music that help create a fun, playful atmosphere.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BARBACK
As our Barback, you play a vital role in creating positive experiences for our guests. Before the bar opens, you set everything up, ensuring that we are ready for service. Throughout the shift, you fill up juices, change kegs, cut fruit, and more. You support our bartenders by keeping the bar stocked and clean. If the bartender needs something, you help however you can. You also complete a variety of cleaning tasks, such as wiping down the bar, taking dirty dishes to the kitchen, and sweeping and mopping the floor. With your help, our bar functions efficiently and successfully!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A BARBACK
Barback experience would be a plus. Are you reliable and efficient? Do you have a friendly and cheerful personality? Are you organized? Can you manage a variety of tasks without letting one fall behind? Are you a team player? If yes, you might just be perfect for this entry-level food service position!
