WANTED:

Virtual Inc. is looking for a Marketing Communications Coordinator within our team!

The Marketing Communications Coordinator will support the tactical execution of strategic marketing plans on behalf of our clients. This person will work closely with the client and its members as well as the Virtual marketing communications, public relations, IT and client services staff.

This position requires working out of our Wakefield, MA office 3 days/week (Tuesday & Thursday anchor days, 1 floating day).

Here's what you'll do:

• Support the Marketing Communications Team to develop and implement tactical marketing communications projects including membership marketing, event promotions, collateral, websites, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Effectively coordinate the development, design, approval, production and distribution of various marketing communications deliverables.
• Assist with digital, social, and multimedia initiatives.
• Help with content development and design and/or updating of communications channels.
• Gather data and prepare dashboards for reporting on activities.
• Work with graphic designers to traffic requests from client services team.
• Coordinate updates to client websites by assisting/managing PMO Tool website requests.
• Assist with the execution of email, social media, and content marketing strategies.
• Maintain project schedules to ensure on-time delivery and provide status reports.
• Support individual requests/upkeep of event microsites.
• Aid in the tactical execution of marketing event requests via Virtual's PMO Tool.
• Assist with graphic requests and organization of design and post event files.
• Work collaboratively on management of approval processes and protocols for marketing campaigns.
• Tactical support for Call for Speakers processes and initiatives.
• Tactical execution and logistics for all External Speakers.
• Manage upkeep and proofing of event microsites.
• Assist in collateral development and PowerPoint formatting for all client initiatives.
• Other duties may be assigned.

As our next Marketing Communications Coordinator, you will bring:

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (preferred).
• Flexibility, ability to change priorities quickly, and capacity to handle multiple projects at once.
• Exceptional organization and time management.
• Strong writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of marketing communication strategies, methods, and processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and PowerPoint.
• Experience with WordPress, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Cloud and Google Analytics a plus.

The target hiring range for this role is $45,000 - $50,000 USD (annually). The starting base salary will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other job-related factors.
