The Department of Human Services is searching for a Program Analyst 2. This position manages all grant agreements and contracts that provide mental health services to the citizens of Pennsylvania. This position has an emphasis on procurement duties, and procurement experience is preferred. As a Program Analyst 2 with the Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, you manage and oversee all procurement activities.

Duties include performing highly complex analytical and evaluative work of agency programs and projects to provide management with recommendations for making decisions and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of agency operations. You facilitate the progression of and ensure proper and timely revisions, execution, approval, and issuance of various agreements. Also, you analyze all procurement agreements to ensure services meet the goals and objectives of the program office and determine the effectiveness of the results.
