What You'll Do:
As our Chief Development Officer, you'll be at the forefront of driving our fundraising efforts and raising awareness of our cause. Working closely with our CEO and board of directors, you'll develop and implement strategies to achieve our ambitious fundraising goals. With your vision, creativity, and leadership, you'll lead a talented team to success.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Developing and executing fundraising strategies to meet annual revenue targets
Cultivating relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders
Leading and inspiring a team to achieve results
Enhancing brand awareness and visibility in the community
Collaborating with the executive team to align fundraising goals with organizational objectives
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a seasoned leader with 7-10 years of experience in fundraising, development, marketing, or related roles within the nonprofit sector. You should be a strategic thinker with a passion for making a difference. Your ability to inspire others and translate vision into action will be key to your success in this role.
