Supervisor for MUTTS Canine Cantina
MUTTS Canine Cantina El Paso is currently seeking an Hourly Shift Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a Supervisor, you will play a vital role in managing our grill, bar, and dog park operations, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests and their furry friends. Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of Hosts, Bartenders, Cooks, and Park Attendants to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to team members, promoting a positive work environment.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient service and maintaining quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Sell memberships and promote the benefits of the MUTTS CANINE CANTINA community.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the park, including working as a host or park attentant when needed.
- Uphold safety and health regulations, ensuring the well-being of both guests and their pets.
- Earn the respect of your team and manage them professionally, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred, with knowledge of bar operations and food service.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities, ensuring efficient operations.
- A passion for dogs and a love for working in an outdoor environment.
- Ability to have fun while maintaining professionalism and earning the respect of the team.
- Flexibility to work both full-time and part-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be able to pass any required certifications, such as TABC and Food Handler.
