Job description
Altitude Trampoline Park is seeking Seasonal Team Members to join our team. As a Seasonal Team Member, you will work in many capacities in the park covering areas as needed including serving as a Greeter, Court Monitor, Cleaner, and on Front Desk Teams. You are responsible for contributing positively to the guest experience, from welcoming guests, to providing a safe, clean, and fun environment, you make a difference in our park.
This is a temporary, part-time opportunity working primarily weekends, but some weekdays, 10 to 20 hours a week during our busy season and on call as needed. Our busy season typically runs November through March. Because we promote from within as much as possible, this position helps open the door to obtaining a regular part-time or full-time role on our Team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Represent Altitude Trampoline Park by maintaining a professional attitude in keeping with the park's philosophy
- Acknowledge and greet guests as they enter and leave the facility
- Communicate and enforce all park regulations and jumping rules in a personable and professional manner
- Communicate any potentially dangerous elements of the facility to the leadership team
- Maintain positive guest experience by using our SMILES philosophy
- Must learn, understand, and uphold safety rules and regulations for the park and for each attraction
- Interact and engage with guests promoting fun, safe, play
- Perform patron surveillance with a whistle from the pre-set surveillance area
- Maintain the safety of patrons in and around the jumping surfaces and all attractions
- Remain alert and use all senses
- Maintaining a clean work environment
- Follow cleaning solutions guidelines and procedures for each area
- Work in area assigned cleaning and disinfecting tables, floors, and surface areas
- Clean, disinfect, and stock restrooms each hour during business hours
- Pick up trash, debris, and drinks throughout work area on a consistent basis
- Clean spills in a timely and safe manner
- Sweep and mop floors, mats, pads, etc.
- Disinfect touch areas at the beginning and end of each shift and throughout the day
- Maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked, and well-organized work area
- Set up trampoline stations for various activities such as classes, dodge ball, etc.
- Handle all incidents/injuries in a manner appropriate to your training
- Initiate emergency procedure call to action
- Keep area clear to protect injured jumper
- Assist with concessions and kitchen as assigned
- Assist in other areas as assigned
- Be on time and present for your scheduled shifts
- Handle guest's questions and concerns professionally and courteously
- Regularly attend, participate in, and support training and staff meetings
- Provides or performs other services or duties as required by management
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Must be able to work weekends
- Ability to communicate effectively in a loud work environment
- Maintain a professional, "Altitude" attitude and work ethic
- Must be positive, engaging, and customer service oriented
- Must be able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to walk across trampolines, walk up/down stairs, and stand for the entire shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to use cleaning equipment (mops, brooms, etc.) and cleaning products
- Must be comfortable with talking to customers of all ages and enforcing rules in a pleasant but effective manner
