Role: Senior Product Manager

Job Description:
In this Senior Product Management role, you will define the vision and strategy, and drive and manage the requirements and roadmap to transform and continuously improve the customer/partner experience for products at Client Intacct including budgeting and planning. You will define new product capabilities and integrations that streamline the customer experience across products, how customers are provisioned, onboarded, managed, as well as engage with our product and the company. You will drive usability studies and business workflow research to recommend, design, and implement ways to increase the velocity at which Client Intacct can meet customer needs. You will work across the company with all aspects of product delivery, including business operations, IT operations, sales, and support.
You will serve as the product owner for your area, coordinating product development teams and monitoring progress throughout the development cycle. You will manage pre-release product activities (beta, preview), and coordinate cross-functional teams for product launch and company readiness activities, including internal training. This role also provides a significant opportunity for leadership via cross-team collaboration with other product teams and businesses to achieve our company objectives.
Responsibilities:
Define the vision and strategy for connected experiences across products in the Client Intacct portfolio
Guide the roadmap for a budgeting and planning product that is part of an offering that includes core financials and HCM
Conduct and use data, research and customer interviews to understand the customer's needs and translate them to business insights and product requirements.
Lead beta activities as it relates to new product features and enhancements.
Use market assessments, insights and data to prioritize features and plan the roadmap.
Write detailed requirement documents necessary for the engineering organization to implement business operations enhancements and integrations.
Define and track product and feature success metrics and use them to create best practices, documentation, use cases, and other supporting materials that make our customers successful
Execute the details of our product strategy, ensure product launches, feature updates, and other initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and with exceptional functionality and usability.
Collaborate with Business Operations, IT Operations, Support, Sales, and Product leadership on the vision for Client Intacct business systems, including provisioning, pricing, tenant management, and integrations
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a successful launch of solutions through training, support, and sales
Collaborate across different geographies including the US, UK, Spain & Israel.
Requirements:
BA/BS degree is required
Experience with Product Management methodology.
6+ years of experience in B2B product management
Prior experience working for a SaaS/Cloud company
Familiar with modern, agile software/SaaS/Cloud development practices used to build and deploy web applications
Experience working with colleagues and teams in the US
Experience with Budgeting and Planning applications and understanding of multi-dimensional concepts
Experience working with a Product Marketing Management team
Experience administering and overseeing beta programs as it relates to new product features and enhancements.
Experience collaborating across product management as well as other teams
Leading personality to bring people from different departments together towards a common objective
History of delivering customer needs into market-leading solutions that exceed expectations
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent English writing and verbal
Background in Accounting / FP&A / budgeting is an advantage
